Strength

Strength training focused on maximizing your overall power and resilience to injuries, so you stay healthy and on the field.

Speed

We’ll start with the basics of movement efficiencies and progress through acceleration, top speed and change of direction making you a faster, more explosive player.

When & Where

You’ll train with other O’Fallon soccer players in our facility in Fairview HEights every Monday (2pm) and Saturday (10am) from June 7th to July 28th.
