What age range is this program designed for?

The Executive Athlete Program is designed for adults who are serious about training with athletic intensity. Most of our Executive Athletes are in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, though we've worked with clients from their mid-20s through their 60s. What matters more than age is your mindset. If you're ready to commit to real training and willing to push yourself, this program works for you.

I haven't worked out consistently in years. Can I still do this program?

Absolutely. We meet you where you are and build from there. Your comprehensive assessment gives us a clear picture of your current fitness level, and we design your program accordingly. Some Executive Athletes come to us already training regularly. Others are rebuilding after years away from structured fitness. What unites everyone in this program is the commitment to getting better. We handle the programming, progression, and coaching that makes improvement inevitable.

How is this different from CrossFit or other group fitness classes?

Three major differences set us apart. First, you're training in a facility built for athletic performance, not just fitness entertainment. Second, our coaches come from performance training backgrounds. We're not fitness instructors, we're strength and conditioning professionals who've sent athletes to college sports. Third, we program strength training with the same detail and progression we use for our competitive athletes. This isn't a random "workout of the day." What time commitment does this program require?

We recommend three sessions per week for optimal results. Each session runs approximately 60 minutes. That's three hours a week to build the kind of strength, mobility, and conditioning that transforms how you move through life. You're not chasing volume. You're building quality training sessions that produce real results.

Do I need any prior strength training experience?

No prior experience required. We teach proper lifting mechanics, movement patterns, and training principles from the ground up. If you're an experienced lifter, we'll meet you at your level and push you further. If you've never touched a barbell, we'll build your foundation with expert coaching and intelligent progression. What matters is your willingness to learn, your commitment to showing up, and your readiness to work.

What kind of results can I expect?
